Summary: High school teen has to read the Lord of the Rings for his College English class. He reluctantly begins to read and suddenly the words in the book begin to glow. The teen is then sucked into the book. When the teen awakes he is in Middle Earth. He is now Aldamir son of Eldacar and a citadel guard of Gondor. He is traveling with Boromir son of Denethor steward of Gondor to a high council meeting in the Elfish city of Rivendell. After the high council had concluded that the only way to defeat the darkness that is spreading is to destroy the ring by casting it into the fires of Mount Doom. Aldamir and Boromir both volunteer to join the fellowship of the ring and protect Frodo. When In Rivendell Elrond tells Aldamir that he is the descendant of the steward of Gondor in Isildur's time and he is the master of Almandil a tenth ring of power that was forged in secrecy and gifted to the race of men in order for them to have power over all the other races.
