Summary: This is an unusual tale about the Feantur, a powerful sword forged to combat a plague on man. It is imbued with the power of the gods, and the one who wields it is tasked with destroying the strongest of the dead.

Set in Medieval England, a humble monk must help the newly chosen wielder of the Feantur through the trials and tribulations ahead. They are aided by the seven sons of Feanor, who have been freed from Mandos and are seeking their redemption.

This story can stand on its own without need of having read the Silmarillion, though it would be beneficial.
