Wonderful. This fic was the perfect antidote to all those sickening, sappy, tortured!wimpy!Legolas-hurt-comfort stories.

Author's Response: Thank you! Would you believe this was a little piece came from an idea that I originally conceived back in 1980 for Star Wars Hurt Comfort fic? But it fit LOTR so well I decided to write it with Legolas in mind.
