The affluence of inchahol is a terrible thing!
Poor Lindir is really having his work cut out here. I can sympathize with Rumil somewhat, also, being socially pretty shy and having occasionally relied on some wine to release my inhibitions. Next morning * Cringe * XD.
It will take something drastic to break those barriers, I fear!
Author's Response: Not his brightest idea to say the least, lol. But Lindir is stubbrn, he'll keep trying! Thanks! :)
I love this story so far! I am not usually a fan of same sex pairings however this is very nicely done. The three brothers are my absolute favorites from the books, and I'm glad you chose them for your storeline. I can't wait to see what happens next! Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thanks, I'm really glad you're enjoying it! They're my favourites too and I love writing about them, especially Rumil. :)
Awww, bless! Although Rúmil does need to be alone with Lindir, and I am sure his brothers must know this. It reminds me of * having * to go on a blind date, as my boss arranged it in front of the whole office, and without insulting her I could not say no. However, once you're in company, you do have to swallow your nerves and say something, at least listen. I hope they do manage that :)
Author's Response: Oh dear! I hope your date worked out a little better than Rumil's! ;) Thanks!
Oh dear, poor Rumil feeling press ganged into keeping company. I cannot help feeling, however, that some time alone with Lindir would be good for him, as then the onus is on Rúmil to at least speak. He cannot fade into the background in a one-to-one situation.
Author's Response: He'll definitely be getting one-to-one time, Lindir will see to that. He's very persistant, lol. Thanks. :)
I have read only one fanfic about Lindir ( a ficlet ) and only one with Rúmil in it.
It's interesting to see some-one pick up two characters of whom very little is known in canon and weave a story around them. I am looking forward to the development of their characters as I have no preconceived ideas whatsoever about Lindir and although I have read of Rúmil, he is not one of the main protagonists in that story. Happy writing!
Author's Response: Thank you for your review. :) I love playing with characters who have no set background, you can really explore the possibilities! Fanon tends to show Rúmil as rather more outgoing, but I wanted to try something different this time. I hope you continue to enjoy it - I have the first seven chapters written, so more will be coming soon. Tux
