This has nothing to do with this story (Sound familiar?). I just want to comment on your picture of Elladan. I don't know where this came from but I was just looking at it, and I remembered seeing that picture a few times when I looked up Maedhros on a "Google Image" search. It came up as Fingon; Maedhros was in it too. Yummy. But, since this isn't Fingon, we can say that it was Maedhros and Elladan (In a non-Slashy way) just because we can and it has both of our favorite Elves in it. Sorry, that was random. I just felt like sharing that with you.
Author's Response: Thanks. It's nice to hear from you. I'm in the middle of writing a story, I think it's very promising. It'll be posted in February.
Dae.
Sorry but I've never read the Silmarillion before. I've probably never lived, then. Anyway I love this poem - unfortunately I've never been fortunate enough to see the dawn before. I wish I had. Great poem, lovely rhyming!

Author's Response: Poetry really is my thing. It's the only thing that lets my feelings come out. Thanks for reading!
*checks* Yep, that's Arien. "Snow dust glitters softly" - My favorite part of winter mornings. I can handle the cold just to see that.

Author's Response: I'm glad I got the name right. Thanks!
I think Arien's right but I'm not certain . . good poem anyway! Although i do prefer night to day usually.
Author's Response: Night is so better than day, so I can't think of where that came from. Maybe Legolas, I've been hanging around with him for a while . . .
