This has to go on my favorites, I do believe. I've been convinced of the incestuous passions within the House of Finwë for so long, that I can't believe I've never found any-one else who's written it. It seemed so obvious to me XD.

Author's Response: Oh! thanks for the Favorites add :)) I agree (obviously) with the possibilities of incest in the house of Finwe, at the very least there had to have been some homosexual relationships! There were far too many failed marriages, or no marriages, in that house for something to not be going on :D I feel bad for all those people who refuse the possibility of incestuous relationships, or God forbid homosexual relationships in Tolkien's world, point blank. They have only closed themselves off, and are missing out on some magnificent writing (yours included of course.) They are simply missing the depth, and individuality of a whole world! If one is going to look at Middle Earth as history, or a world in itself, then one can't go around picking out which aspects of human nature one wants in that world! Oh, well, sorry about the little rant :) Thanks again for the review, and add :D Made my day!

This is a very interesting view on the relationship between Feanor and Finwe. It's the first time I stumble over this special pair, but you described it very well. And in this short story glimpses of all the things to come are already visible.
