This was a very haunting tale. I wasn't sure at first where it was leading to. The ending sent chills up my spine. You have a very unique way of writing. I am intrigued.

Author's Response: Thanks for your review! :) I commonly write horror and sci-fi with my original stories, and I couldn't wait to try my hand using LOTR characters in this genre.

Wow this was a chilly story. Very well written. So, was the fea trapped between worlds or something? I don't get the “My heart never stopped beating.” part.

Author's Response: Glad you enjoyed this! :) As for your questions, that's part of the mystery. ;) About Legolas's heart never stopped beating: it raises the question if Legolas was truly alive, and was buried alive all this time or if he meant it in the more figurative sense (like a ghost with unfinished business.)
