If you want to add more details to your scenes in Minas Tirith and the King's House (not a castle), I recommend "The Atlas of Middle Earth" by Karen Wynn Fonstad. You may also borrow descriptions from my story "Arwen's Journey", which contains many scenes in and about the upper levels of the capital, as well as the New City Quarter which would have likely been built during the Fourth Age as the population expanded.
Author's Response: Thank you for your offer, I just might do that. To be honest, there's a whole lot about Middle-Earth I don't know, and I'm sorta....making it up as I go. But thank you. I don't know when next there will be a chapter here, but I'll definitely take a look at your story!
This is an interesting and well-written introduction to your story. Have you assigned it a specific year yet?
Author's Response: Not so much a specific year, as it takes place over a span of years. Maë was born in the summer of 3022, after the War of the Ring. She is eleven in this chapter. Thank you for your review; I really love it! I'm glad you're enjoying what I've got.
