This is so sad, yet so beautiful! I love it already.
One small grammatical note- You tend to mix up "to" and "too". A good way to help with that is to ask yourself if the word means "also" or "more" (as in, "I will go too." or "Too many were lost.") Other than that, you should use "to".
Great job otherwise and I can't wait to read more!

The last sentence was very sad, and of course, very true. I'm glad Arwen tried to make Legolas feel better instead of blaming him for not being able to keep his promise. to keep Estel safe I'm also happy that Pippin will be going to Valinor. Hopefully, he and Legolas will find peace there.

A very interesting AU. I knew this was going to be very sad going in, and I was not wrong. You are dong a good job describing it. Legolas's grief is particularly sad. I'm looking forward to more.
