Wow. Fitting that many characters into one story is impressive enough, but this looks to be a verrry eeenteresting start to that little challenge. Heh, not only do you send a "real" girl, but you pick one who hasn't read the books. Very nice and evil, dearie. Excellent descriptions, I look forward to your visuals of Middle-earth. Claudia looks like she'll be a lot of fun. Good job, good luck!
Author's Response: Tath, you know how much I love being teh ev0l, *grin* I'm glad that you liked the beginning. Hopefully, I won't let you down as the story continues.
Few little hick-ups, but nothing major. The pains are described well and the scene is set so you get some insight into Claudia (though you probably don't need to repeat her name as often as you do in the story- she is the only one present. But that's a matter of taste, perhaps). Be interesting to see how you'll handle what's to come...
Author's Response: "Don't repeat her name as much!" Check :) Does this mean I have your blessing? Hee!
I read this because it looks like it's going to become rather epic, and I like to read these things as I go. The list of characters alone was enough to raise an eyebrow. I think I'll be following this now. Good non-Sue stories are in admittedly short order, and I already sympathize with Claudia (migraines! Don't even get me started! *wince*). Your style is good. I'd like to see where this goes.
Author's Response: Thank you for the compliment. To have this come from one of the infamous Suedom authors is absolutely lovely. Do you know something? I'd like to know where this will go as well. *grin* I hope I'll live up to your expectations!
