I really enjoyed this. I love the film but wish they'd focused more on the romance aspect so its nice to read something relevant. And the ending is beautiful :)

What a cool twist on the Hidalgo movie! I really wish the movie had been a bit more like your story. The tension between these 2 was thick in the movie, and left you wanting more even as the show ended. I am glad to see someone actually made it a more "happy ending". Thanks for the nice retelling of this story!
