I read the entire story, and honestly, I didn't expect the ending... I actually cried. Also, I appreciate the footnote translations.

Author's Response: Sorry for the sad ending. XD Still, you might want to read its sequel, Lost And Found. They never found a body, after all. ;)

Nice opening chapter mellon nin! Ceranos has always been a character who fascinates me (I only met him a few nights ago, but ah well) and I look forward to learning more about him!

I LOVE THIS STORY! I think that Ceranos is the sweetest, nicest, most Eldarin Elf I have ever read about on this site! I wish that he hadn't died in the War of the Ring; he would have probably been a very good friend of Gimli's

Author's Response: Hey, I'm so glad you liked Ceranos! :) I admit it was fun writing about him, nevertheless I still had my fears on how the character as a whole would prove interesting enough. And you're right, he and Gimli would probably have been good friends too! Talking about mining the whole time, driving Legolas crazy! lol As for him not dying... you might get your wish (that's all I'm willing to say for the present and I'm not making any promises. ;) ).
