Author's Response: Thanks! I'm really glad you liked this. Actually it was your work that inspired me to pick this up again, though as I said, I started ages ago. I know you probably won't believe me, but I came up with the title a long time before Evanescence's new album. It was one of the first things I decided on. When their new album was released and I saw that they used the same title I thought about changing it, but decided to stick with the original as I couldn't think of anything else that worked. The actual song themes don't have an awful lot in common anyway. I agree though, Evanescence's song is amazing!! Anyway thanks for reviewing, I'm so glad you like this piece!
