I like the idea that an elf's stream of consciousness might actually be poetry. I hated that PJ put the elves in Helm's Deep (part of his whole concept of stressing the fight scenes), but if a good fic comes out of it, I guess I won't complain.

Author's Response: Thanks, Ria! Yeah, I'm not sure about the whole "elves at Helm's Deep" thing, but I really wanted the Elves to have more screen time so I won't complain too much. Even though PJ made them die way too easily for warriors that had been training for centuries...
