Why hello there avid readers and writers of fanfiction...

I am your host Tori. Just Tori. This is just a section of bits and bobs about me!

I'm an avid Potterhead and Tolkieneer. *Salutes you.*

I'd also like to point out, that I have a problem with people telling me what to write. My creations are my own, I hold them dear to me. Criticism is welcome though, but don't tell me what to type.

I also, don't give two shits about the whole Suethor or whatever it's called mumbo jumbo. Can't you just enjoy a great story for what it is. I like to create from the bottom up; characters that symbolize strength and who try to work their ways into others lives with passion and vigor. I don't care about Mary Sues. A good story, is a good story, labored over by an author who worked their ass off to see the next chapter done. You people can kiss my ass if you don't like it.

One reason I decided to join this site: I could write sexually explicit material. And I haaaaaate when other sites tell you that you can't because of whatever bullshit reason. I'm not telling you my status on the sex list, but that doesn't mean I don't like to write about it. it's part of life. Deal with it. If you don't want to read sex material, then go away. No one asked you to read this so just bugger off and don't chew the author a new one or delete their account, because that's so douchy.

ALSO! I love and support the gays, but that doesn't mean I want to read slash. I'll make that clear.

If you couldn't tell by my stories so far, I love Boromir. Not to say that I don't love EVERY character, but I have a particular soft spot for the Young Lord of Gondor. *dramatic sigh...*

I also love Legolas, because he's cute and I love a man who can shoot an arrow (take that anyway you want) Don't even get me started on our dwarf friend. I love him because he's freakin hilarious and a spitfire. Estel is just simply wonderful and I feel my heart flutter whenever he and Arwen are together because it's just so cute. AND OH MY GOODNESS THE HOBBITS! Pippin is by far my favorite of the hobbits, he's as cute as a button. Don't get me wrong, I love Merry, Sam, Frodo, Bilbo and even Farmer Maggot, but Pippin is the best.

I also hold a mutual respect for our old wizard friend Mr. Gandalf. I also love Elrond because he's badass. Haldir is my favorite Lórien elf by far (though I was kinda sad when I found out Craig Parker was gay, but eh I got over it).

I feel like I've been rambling. So the answer is probably yes I have been. But there is just sooo much in the Tolkien world that must have my love rained down upon it. Like how I think the Rohirrim are just so badass and I love when Eomer gets a serious look on his face and is all pissed (so most of the time). Theoden is by far my favorite King though. I can't stand Isildur, even though without him we wouldn't have Aragorn. (It's never a win win is it?)

Even though Rohan is awesomely amazing, I would rather live in either the Shire or Imladris. There's just something about the bright colors and the atmosphere of it all.

Again, I'm rambling about all of this amazing stuff. I'd just like to say, that Lord of the Rings has been with me since I was 4. Waking up in the middle of the night and watching the movies with my dad is always my favorite memory. So even though I'm a diehard Potterhead. Lord of the Rings was always first. I guess Narnia is okay. But it was so innocent and didn't have the grit that I craved from stories.

So, now that I've officially let my nerdgasm out (huff huff). I'd just like to say howdy. I'll always welcome story suggestions, no matter the rating. But I'd also like to point out, that half of the satisfaction of writing is the reviews. It's like drinking in the knowledge of other people and it's highly intoxicating. (Not that I get off on it or anything >.< ) So, as I conclude this rant, I'd like to tip my fedora to those who stumble upon my profile. I don't know you, yet I say hi and smile anyway. Now, I'm off on my quest to enrich lives with stories and to further develop my own along the way.
