This isn't even a story, its a self insersion fantasy and you should seriously consider doing away with it.

Why does she suddenly know who everyone is? Why is she not panicking as to where she is? And why would someone ask an unconsious person why they are unconsious, They wouldn't be able to respond. And for the hundreth time, the title "Lady" is for royalty and landowners, not random children.

I quite like this, it reminds me of another "epic" fanfic I've read.

At first I admit I thought "Oh no, Mary Sue" as it began with a description of a girl and a tragedy, but you've made it work.
