I'm female, about 5'3'' with dark blonde hair and green eyes, and my favorite LOTR character is Eowyn. I live in South Dakota, in what must be the most boring town in the world, so I often wish I could live in Middle Earth. I like reading and writing, and music. I love Aragorn, Legolas, Boromir, Faramir, Eomer, Sam, Pippin, Merry, Frodo, random Rohirrim, and random elves! I've only one story but I hope to write more.

I enjoyed this story. I like how you make the relationship between the two women. I just wonder why every story I've ever read with Eowyn's name in it say ...owyn.

Author's Response: Hi Silverwing. Glad you liked this piece. As a woman who grew up in a pretty traditional society I like scenes between women, and Arwen and Eowyn are really some of the few canonical women who can interact realistically as equals. As for the ...owyn thing, I think that has to do with the fact that I and a lot of people use the accented E, which this site\'s programming has a hard time handling.
