Oh that is so sweet!
*sighs as only a parent can about a story like that* :)
Loved it.
Author's Response: Thank you. I\'m very glad that you loved the story. I think any parent would understand Thanduil\'s feelings.
Great story so far. Can't wait for the next installments.
Wow. What can I say? The warning was correct - I will certainly NEVER be able to think of Thranduil the same way again! LOL
The story is quite a ride. Too bad it's not finished. I'd have liked to see where it went.
I had tears of laughter rolling down my face reading this ... despite the fact I'm sure poor Tolkien would be rolling in his grave over this.
Too damn funny.
O good lord, this is just too funny!
Oh dear Lord ... that was one of the funniest things I've ever read. I don't know how many times I couldn't breathe from laughing, or how many times I cried with laughter. My sides hurt from reading it. I'm not sure anything could top that for hysterical laughter entertainment value. Great work.
WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW!!!!!
Loved every word of it!
Author's Response: Hi, I never replied to you either! *so embarrassed* WOW, thank you so much!! *huge smile* Thank you for reading my story!
Loving it so far. So now, I wait with baited breath until the next exciting episode ...
More please! The tension is killing me! I need to know what happens when their restraint finally cracks!
Can't wait for the next installment. :)
LMAO! Very funny.
Author's Response: lol glad you liked it!
Great story so far, but chapter 4 seems to be missing. It just won't load up. :(
Author's Response: Thank you for telling me. The site was recently down and some things seem to have turned up missing. Both chps are up now. Oh, and it's nice to meet you. Thank you so much for reading this. Hope you enjoy the rest. I will check my other works to make sure they are all there.
Chapter 5 seems to be missing too. :(
Author's Response: This one's back up too. Thanks!
Normally, I loathe slash. I just can't get into the genre. I have no issues with same-sex pairings, but something just doesn't gel for me in reading it. But this ... wow. I don't know what it is about these two, but I totally love their story. Perhaps it's because the two of them are so palpably real, so believable. M/M slash so often ends up being so ridiculously, over-the-top camp, but this was nothing of the sort. An enjoyable and believable read. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but, I really want to read more about these two.
Author's Response: Oh wow, thank you so much. Honestly, I am not much of a slash reader myself, believe it or not. There are only a few authors that I read and that's because their stories are so good, I can look past all the other stuff. I could never write anything explicit, I just don't have it in me. But these two characters seemed to speak loudly when I originally created them. Antien came first as a best friend for Rhavaniel in Taming the Wild. She is such a strong warrior type, I could only imagine her having a gay elf as a best friend. Then I created Glandur, his better half. I just see them as two beautiful males who love each other. It's just a simple thing for them. And then some of my readers wanted to see more of them. They kind of caught on. So I just had to tell the story of how they met and fell in love. That's it, nothing more. Now, I haven't written any more stories specifically for these two, but they are intertwined in my ongoing short stories 'Untamed Tales', if you'd like to read more of them. I promise, nothing explicit. Actually, Antien and Rhav have some interesting and funny adventures. Anyways, thanks for reading and reviewing. It's always nice to see someone new. Enjoy.
