not much to tell. my writing is an escape from reality for however short a time. I sort of get depressed when I finish a story like why does it have to end. then I think of an idea 5 min later and I am all better. lol. I am also a Lord of the Rings Enthusiast. Ican't think of much on the ones posted already because I see them as final but I would use more descriptions. Use feelings and senses especially in battle, it also improves stories if there is a tad more drama. My personal preference but I would have someone else fall in love with Limwen and have her fight about it with Legolas. Other than that I agree with what you said and what you already have written.
