I read this story and the two versions of the sequel on another site. So tragic and beautiful. While I usually don't like stories where Aragorn is evil, I just couldn't stop reading this story! The characterizations of all the characters were excellent. I love how Haldir became a symbol of hope to Legolas in the sequel.
This is very good advice. :) I admit I was someone who read a lot but never left reviews. Partly it's my shyness ("Will this person even like what I'm going to say?") but also because back when I began reading LOTR fanfiction I didn't have an account. But now I'm going to make the effort to leave reviews anywhere I go. I may not be the best in articulating words in a review, but authors love to know that someone's reading their stories, even if it's a little comment saying that they love it. A few words here and there can go a long way to make someone happy, and that's how everyone should feel!
Added this to my favorites so others can see this. :)
Author's Response: Thanks for your positive response and for listing it in your favorites. I too didn't have an account for a long time. I don't know why. Wasn't sure what would happen I guess, if that makes any sense. But I'm still here and my computer didn't explode or anything lol. Keep reviewing and thanks again lavalir.
