Your imagergy and the motion of your chapters flows beautifully. Wonderful work, Ziggy! ~ Iri
Author's Response: Ooh- what a lovely comment! Thank you, Irial.
Wow. What a brawl! The tension and emotion and all this darkness! I'm on the edge of my seat! ~ Iri
Author's Response: Elrohir really loses it here and because Legolas won't back down they really do fight with intent to hurt. That just wrote itself - I felt like an observer writing that to be honest. Thank you for stopping and commenting- it makes my day!
Elrohir is so powerful in his anger! I feel so sorry for both him and Legolas and of course Elladan, Aragorn and Gimli who are all caught up inbetween! ~ Iri
Author's Response: Yes-it's dragged them all in. And I hope Aragorn shows the difficulty he faces- he loves Elrohir, this IS his brother, but he loves Legoasl too - if you fel angry at him a bit at this time, that's fine too - I like to try to show them as not perfect.
Oh my lord I'm nearly in tears! My heart is pounding... I actually don't know what more to say except that just by your words I'm in the clutches of sensational emotions! ~ Iri
Author's Response: It's strange to say how delighted I am that you are in tears! But knowing it's had that effect is most gratifying. Thank you, Iri.
This is really REALLY good, I'm loving the tension between Legolas and Rhavaniel and the uniqueness of their story together. Really good stuff.
Author's Response: Hello there. I see you have written a string of reviews which I am very grateful for. I'll just sum it all up in your lastest one. Thanks for all the kind words.
The dance scene made me laugh. They are SO awkward! Love this stuff, you are a really good story teller : )
Uh-Oh! So far I'm hook, line and sinkered into this story. So captivating!!!
So upsetting for both of them that they can't be where they want to be. I know the feeling. You've captured it well.
I love the mention of the Dwarves. Legolas is so cute when he's blushing!
I love the challenge in the aftermath. It's so like them! Great writing, I've been smiling like an idiot the whole time reading this. Really great stuff. I'm jealous of your skill!
I really like the change of pace in your story. Keeps everything alive and moving : )
W.O.W I'm so intrigued as to what will happen between Rhav and Haldir. What a messy love triangle this is turning out to be!
Author's Response: First of all, it's nice to meet you Irial. Thank you for reading and reviewing. I usually try to answer each review but chose to respond to all of yours for this one. I'm so glad you are enjoying the story. Lots of ups and downs in this one but soon the rollercoaster will even out. There's more to come and the story itself is coming to a close. Rhavaniel has touched me deeply and I can still see her in different situations even after this is complete. I never know where my mind with wander to. Again, thank you so much for all the encouraging reviews. It was a nice little surprise for this stormy Monday morning.
That's a really good take on it, I never thought about the way the Ring would effect others beyond the Ring-Bearer. Awesome penmanship!
Author's Response: I like to think that it would to a point. It happened at the councel of Elrond after all and I feel the elves might be a little more susceptible to it's power than men. Thanks again Irial.
Soooo sad! Not going to lie, got a bit teary!
Author's Response: Aw : - ( I don't like to see anyone cry but I'm glad it moved you.
I LOVE the relationship between Antien and Glandur, it's so honest and sweet!
Author's Response: Why thanks! When this story is done, I am posting a short piece about how these two met and fell in love. Nothing graphic, just emotions and love at first sight.
I cried so much during this chapter! So emotive and terribly, terribly sad! But extremely well written! You handled the emotional crescendos without resorting to typical cliches and time-worn phrases. Really inspiring!
Author's Response: So glad you liked it.
I actually fell off my chair laughing at the first half of this chapter. You just manage to throw in pace-changing scenes out of nowhere and still blend it seamlessly. I'm entirely jealous of this ability!
Author's Response: Hey, if you can't feel up your best gay friend, who can you feel up? LOL
I'm glad Rhavaniel is sort of returning to her roots and consolidating all sides of her - warrior and negotiator. The prison cell sequence was neat as well!
Author's Response: She is coming around isn't she? Nothing like some jail time to humble the soul.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!!!
Author's Response: hehe. Thanks for the reviews Irial.
