Ah, the answer to the question that I keep on forgetting to ask, which was "What do you mean by Book 1, Book 2, etc.?" So there will be three books, then? And Book 1, 2, and 3 of this tale will cover the same time frame covered by Book 1, 2 and 3 of the LOTR trilogy respectively?
Wow, you're already on the second book! *APPLAUDS VIGOROUSLY* Congratulations!
And I better get cracking on writing my reviews for the last few chapters of Book One.
It strikes me as rather rude that Gandalf is reading your mind without your permission. I mean, it'd be a different story if he said "It's not my fault -- other people's thoughts intrude on my own", but actively reading? Or maybe that's what you meant. (?_?)
Author's Response: Yep! Although Book 1 didn\'t begin or end at exactly the same place because Elaura didn\'t come into the story until after the Hobbits and Strider left Bree and she didn\'t go with the Fellowship to Amon Hen.
Thanks! I was so excited when I finished Book 1 I went out and had a wondeful dinner to celebrate.
I\'ve missed your reviews, I hope whatever has kept you away has been good news. Believe me, I know how much life interferes with reading and writing.
I don\'t think Gandalf realizes yet that reading people\'s minds can be thought of as rude. He\'s still in a playful mood and I think he\'s stretching out his mind and his new powers in all directions. I think Elaura will have to talk to him about it at some point, but rest assured he doesn\'t mean anything by it.
Thanks for reading and reviewing, it\'s good to see you again!
I was reading this and then I suddenly got an image of David Wenham in drag in my brain. Unshakeable. XDXDXD Faralocks and the three cherry-loving Bobbits: Bippin, Berethor, and... um... *scratches head* ...Begolas! Oh, how they shall whip him with the cherry stalk when they find him... yes... kinky... etc. etc. *forces self to calm down* Hehe. As you can probably tell, I very much enjoyed this fic. Thank you very much. :D
Author's Response: Good thing the image side of my brain shut down a LONG time ago ¬_¬ Glad you enjoyed it!
I don't know most of these songs, but YMCA and Macarena with movements? Gahahahahaha! That's awesome! I can imagine them doing that on the top of Caradhras, Gandalf waving his stick around!
"GANDALF, STOP IT! YOU'LL BRING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN!"
They should also do the can-can. *nods nods*
Author's Response: lol. That\'s awesome! I can soo see that! Thanks again for your great review! ^__^
I really enjoyed this: the flow, the understated deft descriptions, the characterisation (esp. for adorable Elanor and courteous Legolas), and the humorous (and visual) effect created was marvellous. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable read.

Mmm. Legolas licking fingers clean of pizza sauce and cheese. *___*
And peanut butter. Ooh! Even better - get Legolas to give a practical demonstration! Peanut butter covered elf! Yum!
Gah! Thanks for giving me a big dreamy grin. xD
Author's Response: lol. I\'m glad you like it. Thanks for your review! ^__^

This story made me smile. It may be short, but it's deftly written, palpable and gently moving. Thank you for an enjoyable read.
Author's Response: ...sorry it took me so long to get back to you. THANK YOU for the feedback! It makes my day. I'm happy you enjoyed it.
*hugs* What was qui-gonline.org?
Author's Response: it was a completely fabulous star wars fanfic site that got me through a lot of hard times a couple years ago. a bit like this 1 in that it had a LOT in it, all different genres, so there was always exactly what I was looking for. if you\'re at all a star wars fan, I recommend giving it a glance, because when it goes offline, a truly great archive will have passed away into the Netherworld.
Have you considered leaving white space between your paragraphs? I find a blank line between paragraphs greatly increases the readability of a page viewed online.
Author's Response: I\'m not sure what you mean by nice spots. Sorry if it\'s something really obvious I\'ve missed. I don\'t know how to put a blank line between the paragraphs on this website. When i turn things into my teachers they are double spaced.
Oh my goodness! Wow, what an idea to have them as lovers. I like it!
On a lighter note I must say I don't think much of their chances of getting back together. Homicide is never a good start to reconciliation. Hee.
Author's Response: Maybe with couples counseling? But no, probably not. They do say that similar values are vital to a successful relationship.
Oh, I like this short piece, though I would dearly like to see a sister story about happy female bachelorettes. A witty and engaging twist on the original version. Thanks for making me grin, Zhie.
*laughs* Oh, this is a cute, funny and sad story. I enjoyed reading it. Thank you for sharing it, Zhie.
